One day, Hamza was alone in the shop.
Once upon a time, there was a boy named Hamza.
He was ten years old.
Hamza lived in a small village.
He helped his father in the shop every day.
Hamza’s father sold fruits.
He always said, “Be honest. Never lie. Allah loves honest people.”
One day, Hamza was alone in the shop.
A man came to buy some apples.
He gave Hamza a big note.
Hamza took the money and gave the apples.
But then Hamza saw something.
The man gave too much money!
He gave 500 rupees, but the apples were only 100 rupees.
Hamza thought, “What should I do?”
“No one will know. I can keep the extra money.”
Then he remembered words of his father:
“Be honest. Allah is watching.”

Hamza ran after the man.
“Uncle! Uncle! You gave too much money!” he said.
He gave back the extra 400 rupees.
The man smiled.
He said, “Thank you, Hamza! You are an honest boy.”
He made dua for Hamza and left.
Later, Hamza told his father.
His father was very happy.
He hugged Hamza and said, “I am proud of you. You did the right thing.”
That night, Hamza prayed to Allah.
He said, “O Allah, help me always speak the truth. Make me honest.”
Honesty is very important in Islam.
Our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was called Al-Ameen — the Trustworthy.
We should always try to be honest, even when it is hard.
